Chromesoft identified Google Calendars as an excellent solution in ensuring branches were up to date with regards to client bookings and in allowing sales teams to plan and keep a close eye on booking schedules. The introduction of this app further enabled service teams to stay prepared in managing the work influx by doing away with double bookings and introducing real-time bookings with follow-ups. The integration of Google Drive also makes it easy for work-related documents to be shared between employees, further enhancing workflow and communication.
